GUI of the system has been developed all the time during 8 years of the system usage. Thanks to that it allows many intuitive features that consultants seldom propose for new systems. One of the best are stick notes that might be linked to any object in the system or even to the list of objects. Sticks can be user-based (for only one user) or for a selected group of people or for all users. That’s important because trader has different notes than a technician or even a lawyer. Usually they want to share it with colleagues (sometime not) but definitely not with other users.
System allows many other intuitive shortcuts. Thanks to that a salesman P. Kratochivil after 5 years of usage sais: “That’s the best system I have vere meet. I will really misses it in my new job.
”
