No system lives as a standalone and Facio processes reflects experience of 15 years of development practice of the PDQM development team.
System provides XML and text-based data export and import facilities. Manual or automatic export can be easily defined using the ECL scripting language. Automatic data exchange can be provided by the file-based communication or by SOAP interfaces that transfer XML data. All imports and exports are controlled and easily managed.
Process systems produce great amount of data that should be stored for auditing but might engorge almost any database. Facio processes support transferring old data to a separate storage that can be easily archived for occasional need. All archived data can be easily readable if required.
Most of the users request tight integration of the system with the local application. System allows export on the local computers for tight integration with the MS Office applications (e,g. exports of the dashboard information for further analysis in the spreadsheet application).
